She was born Oct. 22, 1948, in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
A native of Cheyenne, Mrs. Armstrong was self employed in child care and was a Catholic.
Survivors include her husband, Charles Edward Armstrong Jr. of Cumming; a daughter, Valerie Christina Armstrong of Cumming; a son, Charles Edward Armstrong III of Tampa, Fla.; brothers and sisters, Timothy and Theresa Sandeoval, Helen and Harl Doty, Gilbert and Lara Sandeoval, Stevan Sandeoval, Irene Llamas and Louis Sandeoval, all of Cheyenne, Cleotilbe Mason of Flint, Texas and Jose and Carmen Sandeoval of Cheyenne; and grandchildren, Adrianna, Joshua and Christina Armstrong.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Laura Rosan Armstrong; her parents, Timoteo and Agnes Juanita Sandeoval and a brother, Samuel Sandeoval.
Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.
