Joyce E. Fogeltanz, age 92, formerly of the Kellnersville area, passed away early Sunday morning, December 26, 2021, at Tender Reflections Assisted Living, Manitowoc.

The former Joyce Richmond was born on February 26, 1929, in Two Rivers, daughter of the late Richard and Elsie (Hennig) Richmond. Joyce graduated from Washington High School in Two Rivers in 1947. On April 30, 1949, Joyce was married to Leroy "Froggie" Fogeltanz in Two Rivers. He preceded her in death on November 10, 1993. Joyce was a homemaker and took loving care of her family, especially her disabled son, Lee Michael, who preceded her in death on November 19, 2009. She enjoyed reading Amish books, word find books, family time, gardening and flowers.

Survivors include one daughter and two sons-in-law: Lynn (Thomas) Dvorachek, Reedsville; Frank Matte, Reedsville; four grandchildren: Dawn (Roger) Schneider, Brillion; Scott (Rebecca) Dvorachek, Reedsville; Eric (Lisa) Dvorachek, Chisago, MN; Chad (Nicole) Dvorachek, Reedsville; four great-granddaughters: Cheyan Schneider and Rylee, Paige Dvorachek, Pailin Dvorachek, Bentleigh Dvorachek; eight great grandsons: Justin (Sarah) Schneider, Kelvin (Amber) Schneider, Nathan Schneider, Sean (Hannah) Dvorachek, Jayden Dvorachek, Preston Dvorachek, Padrick Dvorachek, Gavin Dvorachek; six great- great-grandchildren: Ayden Hopman, Maverick Schneider, Myles Schneider, Keith Peter Schneider, Addison Schneider, Victoria Dvorachek; two brothers and sisters-in-law: Dennis Richmond, Two Rivers; Jan (Jane) Richmond, Sheboygan; Barbara Richmond, Milan, MI; one sister and brother-in-law: Gail (Larry) DuVall, WA; two brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Donald (Sandra) Fogeltanz, Kellnersville; John (Joyce) Fogeltanz, Kellnersville; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents: Richard and Elsie Richmond, her husband: Leroy "Froggie" Fogeltanz, one daughter: Lori Matte, one son: Lee Michael Fogeltanz, one great-granddaughter: Abigail Dvorachek, one great-grandson: Kordell Dvorachek; six brothers and three sisters-in-law: Merle Richmond, Lyle Richmond, Glenn (Carolyn) Richmond, Ivor (Mae) Richmond, Darrell Richmond, Judy Richmond, Keith Richmond; two brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law: Melvin Fogeltanz, Lorraine (Richard) Rysticken.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 30, 2021, at the Reinbold and Pfeffer Family Funeral Home, 1124 Main Street, Kellnersville. Deacon Dan Gray will officiate with entombment at the Knollwood Mausoleum. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, December 30, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m.
