Son of John Conner and Sarah J. Dobbs, husband of Helen M. Bodie Burhardt, the daughter of David Bodie and Ann S. Bryant, and widow of Charles Burhard, whom he married on July 28, 1903, in Wayne, Pennsylvania, and father of Emerson David and Everitt F. Conner.

Marriage - Mrs. Helen Burhardt, of this place, and G.A. Conner, of New York City, were united in holy wedlock by Rev. W.H. Swift, at the Presbyterian Church, Tuesday afternoon at 5 o'clock. The attendants were Mr. Walter Bray, of Hazleton, and Miss Minnie Korb, of Union Hill. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Bodie, of Honesdale. The groom holds a position in the New York post office. The newly married couple took the evening train for Carbondale, where they have many friends.

Conner, born in Andes, Delaware Co., New York, aged 27 years, residing in New York City, a government clerk, not married before, and Helen Burhard, of Honesdale, Pa., aged 26 years, residing at Honesdale, Pa., married before, her husband having died August 4, 1898, were married on July 28, 1903, were united in marriage in accordance with license issued by the Clerk of the Orphan's Court of Wayne Co., Pennsylvania by William H. Swift, Minister of the Gospel
