Services for Barbara Knoll, 94, Victoria, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Fidelis Catholic Church, Victoria. Burial will be in St. Fidelis Cemetery, Victoria.

Mrs. Knoll died Friday, Nov. 13, 1998, at her home. She was born Dec. 21, 1903, in Victoria, the daughter of Alois A. and Clementine Billinger Sander.

She attended Fort Hays Normal School and was one of the graduates of the first class of St. Fidelis Catholic High School, Victoria.

Mrs. Knoll was a homemaker and taught school in Ellis County and Gove County. She also was a substitute teacher in Victoria. She was a member of St. Fidelis Catholic Church, Daughters of Isabella and Christian Mothers, all of Victoria.

She married Adam P. Knoll on Nov. 14, 1932, in Victoria. He died April 2, 1993.

Survivors include seven sons, Wayne Knoll, Washington, D.C., Omer Knoll, Palco, Lester Knoll, Gilbert, Ariz., Carroll Knoll, Garden City, Devon Knoll, Ozawkie, Terry Knoll, Hays, and Larry Knoll, Denver; two daughters, Iris Knoll, Victoria, and Jane Knoll-Tenney, Las Vegas; two brothers, Sil Sander, Sacramento, Calif., and Al Sander, Victoria; a sister, Katy Herman, Hays; 16 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
