Born May 7, 1919 in Richfield to John Carlos Hendrickson and Elizabeth Ann Tuttle Hendrickson Daniels. She married Archie Leo Breinholt, August 19, 1943 in Salt Lake City, Utah. The marriage was solemnized July 17, 1984 in the Provo LDS Temple. He preceded her in death May 13, 1995.

Mom served her country during World War II by working at the parachute plant in Manti. She was civic minded and was active in the Richfield Culture Club where she served as president and an officer, a member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary. She was a member of the DUP, Camp Kimberly, served as camp captain and in district leadership positions. She was awarded Club Woman of the Year for her activity. Her church service includes serving in two Relief Society presidencies, working as a visiting teacher and Primary teacher.

Preceded in death by her parents; step-father, W.S. Daniels; husband; sisters, Mary Hermansen, Sarah Hendrickson; brothers, James E. Daniels, William Bliss (LaVern) Daniels; Paul Maurice (Fauntel) Daniels, sisters, Joan Rasmussen and Lillian Brown; brothers-in-law, Clynn Thurston and Con Hansen.
