ORVILLE WILMER KREPLINE

Orville W. Krepline, age 65, of Brillion, died unexpectedly Tuesday
morning, May 19, 2009, at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center.
He was born Sept. 23, 1943, in the town of Rockland, son of the late
Theodore and Lilly Krepline. On May 25, 1963, he married Ida May
Waack at St. John St. James Lutheran Church in Reedsville.
Orville became a child of God through holy baptism and confirmation
at St. Peters Church, Collins. Orville devoted his life to serving God
and will now join him for eternity. He was a dedicated, lifetime member
of St. John St. James Lutheran Church, Reedsville.
Orville was a devoted husband, loving father and a grandfather who
enjoyed and supported his grandchildren by attending many of their
activities. Orville and Ida May farmed in the town of Rockland and
he worked for 35 years at the Brillion Iron Works. He enjoyed
spending many hours playing cards and taking trips with his dear friends.
Orville is known for his love of polka music and led the Orv. Krepline
Orchestra for more than 45 years. For 50 years, Orville was proud
to play his trumpet on Easter Sunday and loved to play for various
other church events. He also was a member of the AmVets and
Rockea Hunting Club and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law; David and Dawn
Krepline of Collins and their two children, Deven and Dana Krepline,
Larry Krepline and special friend Amanda Heimlich of Reedsville and
son Michael Krepline, Jeff and Laycie Krepline of Kaukauna and their
three children Kali, Drew, and Emma Krepline; a brother Leland and
Mary Lou Krepline of Reedsville; a sister Lynabelle and the late Andrew
Sukowaty of Cato. He was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Helen
Krepline, a niece, Sandra Krepline, and a nephew, Steven Krepline.
A Christian funeral service will take place at St. John St. James Lutheran
Church, Reedsville, at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, May 23, 2009. Relatives
and friends may call at the church Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of
service. The Rev. Timothy Nommensen will officiate with entombment
at Knollwood Chapel Mausoleum, town of Kossuth following the
services. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established. The Wieting
Funeral Home of Reedsville is assisting the family with arrangements.
Orville's family will dearly miss him but look forward to a happy and
eternal reunion with him in heaven through Christ Jesus. Luke 23:43:
"I tell you the truth, today you will be with me in paradise."
