James Stienstra, 81, of Gretna Springs passed away Sunday, February 27, 2022 in the Lebanon Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
He was born in Hull, Iowa on March 18, 1940 the son of the late Peter and Jessie Stienstra.
Jim was a U.S. Army veteran.
He was a Foreman for an Electrical Contractor for many years.
Jim enjoyed fishing and gardening.
He is survived by his wife: Dorothea Linda Sherman Stienstra; his daughter: Meredith Paige (Chris) Moffett of St. George, Utah; his son: William Blaine (Elaine Kay) Bowman of Riverside, California; his three grandchildren; and, his three great-grandchildren.
