Jack was born on April 22, 1951 in Whitney to Wyley Ray and Maddie Mae (Wade) Faglie. He graduated from Hillsboro High School and joined the Army. For several years he ran a trucking company in Houston, and for the next 17 years, he worked for Flowers Construction. Some of his hobbies included motorcycles, reading and watching westerns, listening to classic country music and telling lots of stories.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Johnny Faglie; and sister, Billie Faglie.
He is survived by his daughter, Stacy Turner and husband, Bill of Hico; granchildren, Connor Odom and wife, Hope of College Station, Payton Odom of Clifton, Bailey Odom and wife Shaley, and Jaxson Benfer of Hico; great-grandchild, Daisy; sisters, Peggy Stewart, Sue Corona, and Janie Hartley and husband, Mike; brothers, C. W. Faglie and wife, Connie, Bobby Joe and wife, Betty; and multiple nieces and nephews.
