Isaac is survived by his children, grandchildren, brothers, Arvel Shepherd Jr., Roger Shepherd as well as sisters, Evelyn Barnett, Ella Williams, Elsie Reed, and Alice Shepherd as well as many nieces and nephews and in-laws. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Shepherd, his parents and sisters Mable Buffington, Velva Johnson, Sally Winningham, as well as brothers, Abraham Shepherd and Daniel Shepherd.
Isaac worked at Mansfield Brass Aluminum Castings in New Washington for many years. He attended House of Fellowship church in Celeryville. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He took pride in his cub cadet tractors as well as being a small engine repair mechanic. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. Isaac enjoyed attending NASCAR races, if he wasn't in the stands he was watching on TV. Isaac enjoyed attending his youngest son's dirt track racing the last few years of his life. Isaac was an amazing individual that will forever be loved and missed.
The family will be receiving friends from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home Friday, March 17. Funeral Services will follow calling hours at 1PM with Darren Shafer officiating. Burial to follow at Whetstone Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Crawford County Humane Society. Flowers can be ordered at the local florist Norton's Flowers .
