Aloysius F. Beauseigneur, 73, of 425 Maple Ave, Clearfield, died in the Clearfield Hospital yesterday at 4:10 p.m.
Born at Frenchville Oct. 12, 1891, he was a son of the late Henri and Elizabeth (Newcomb) Beauseigneur.
He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Frenchville.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Cecelia (Coudriet) Beauseigneur; these children: Mrs. John (Esther) Shifter, Henry, Harold and Donald, all of Clearfield; 17 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and the following sisters and brothers: Mrs. Inez Bolents, Mrs. Irene Buck and Mrs. Beulah Collins, all of Clearfield; Sheridan and Hobart, both of LeContes Mills.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, the former Ethel May Shaw, and a daughter, Evelyn Cartwright.
Funeral services will be held in St. Francis Catholic Church at Clearfield Monday at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Fr. Marlin N. Glynn officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery at Frenchville.
Friends will be received in the Fred B. Leavy Funeral Home, Clearfield, after 7 p.m. tomorrow, Sunday afternoon and evening and until the hour of services Monday.
