Percy Wilburn
Funeral services for Percy C. Wilburn, 69, of Baytown were held in the Sterling Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Friday November 8, with Reverend Rudy Pace officiating. Interment was in Magnolia Park Cemetery in Dayton under the direction of Sterling Funeral Home.
He died at his home in Baytown on Thursday, November 7. He was a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge and a former member of the Barbers Hill Volunteer Fire Department.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Margaret Wilburn of Baytown; his mother, Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Branson of Splendora; one daughter, Mrs. Irene Driskell of Houston; one brother Jesse Wilburn of Oak Island; and 2 grandchildren.
Pallbearers were J. L. Wilburn, Jr., Virgil Wilburn, R. B. Scherer, Jr., Porter Foster, Aubrey Sears, and Randall Shepard.
