SUFFIELD -- Louise M. 'Weedie' Robinson (Bittner), 60, formerly of Lakemore, died on Monday, May 6 at Akron General Medical Center, after a long illness.

Mrs. Robinson was born in Akron and lived in the Akron area all of her life, living the last 22 years in Suffield. She retired in 1983 from Teledyne Monarch Rubber Co. with 30 years of service. Mrs. Robinson was a member of the Mogadore Boat Club.

Preceded in death by father, Edgar Bittner; and brother, Clifton (Buzz) Bittner.

She is survived by husband of 36 years marriage, William E. Jr.; son and daughter-in- law, William E. III and Diana of Canal Fulton; grandchildren, William IV and Christina Marie; mother, Helen Bittner of Lakemore, Ohio; brother and sister-in-law, C.C. and Janice Bittner of Lakemore; sisters and brothers-in-law, Kay and Tom Sharrit of Sebring, Fla., Marjorie and Bob Worstall of Akron, Shirley and Chuck Wahl of Village of Green, and Cindy and Dennis Lixey of Marysville, Mich.; sister-in-law, Virginia Bittner of Mogadore; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service TODAY, 1 p.m., at the Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Rd., Akron. Burial at Hillside Memorial Park.

Memorials may be made to the Trinity Church of the Nazarene, 2780 Canton Rd., Akron; or Suffield Fire Department and Rescue Squad, 1256 Waterloo Rd.
