FUNERAL OF MRS. JOHN N. MURRAY, MILAN, QUE.

MILAN, Que , Oct. 14 -- The funeral service of the late Mrs. John Thursday morning, October 2nd, after an illness of many years, was held at her home on Saturday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock. Rev. Donald Morrison, of Howick, Que., was in charge and took for his text II Timothy, 4th chap, verse 6, 7 and 8.

Interment was in Dell Cemetery by the side of her six children, who predeceased her. The last, Allen A., passed away on October 6th last year.

The bearers were her six sons.

The late Mrs. Murray was born in Stornoway, Que., January 1st, 1856, second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Campbell. She was married to Mr. Murray on April 19th, 1876. Fifteen children were born of this union.

She is survived by her husband, three daughters and six sons, two sisters, Mrs. Angus N. Murray, of Milan and Mrs. Norman D. Murray, of Graniteville, Vt.; three brothers, Mr. Murdo Campbell, of Northfield, Vt., and Messrs. Donald and Kenneth Campbell, of Graniteville, Vt.

Mrs. Murray was bedridden since December 20th, 1925. The wonderful patience with which she bore her helplessness was an example to her family and all who visited her. During the course of her life she realized greater trials and sorrows than most. On Saturday, September 27, she suffered her fifth paralytic shock, from which she never rallied.
