Ada was born on September 18, 1943 in Manchester, TN to Ray & Arnice (Walls) Bartlett.
She graduated class of 1960 in Eaton Rapids, MI.
She married John Brunton on July 28, 1961 in Eaton Rapids, MI.
She was employed as a Social Worker for the State of MI for 31 years. Ada selflessly helped at the Ontonagon County Fair for many years helping with its success.
She was survived by her children, Harley Brunton, Harold (Dianna) Brunton, Henry (Linda) Brunton and Samantha (Dale) Gutzman; sister Alice Yeiter; grandchildren, Tanya Brunton, Johnathon (Arika) Brunton, Steven (Melissa) Graves and Riley McCampbell; great grandchildren, Hunter Graves, Jaxson Brunton, Caspian Brunton and Fletcher Brunton; and many nephews, nieces and grandnephews and nieces.
Ada was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, John; father; mother; 3 infant siblings; brother Hoyt (Cathleen) Bartlett; sisters Joyce (Harold) Schwartz, Alene (Bob) Cobb and Erlene Bartlett; and a daughter-in-law Sally Brunton (Hiltunen).
Per Ada's request, there was no funeral service. A private burial will take place in the spring.
The family would like to send sincere thanks to Melvin (Christine) Carlson for being there for Ada and the family for being there when needed. Ada made many friends throughout the years and those friendships became so close they were like family. Thank you all for being there.
