Newspaper obituary: Jacob Herrin, 78, well known famer of Claremont, township,passed away suddenly Thursday afternoon at his home. He is survived by his wife Lizzie, two son, Ernest Herrin, of Claremont and Rev. Homer Herrin of Cisne, Eunice Heckler who has made her home with them since infancy, two brothers, John Herrin and Marion T. Herrin both of Olney, and one sister, Mrs. George Kimmel of Claremont and several grandchildren. Funeral services held at Mt. Pleasant Church with burial in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
