Francis was born November 21,1916 near Eagle City Oklahoma.Francis was the fifth child born to Walter Lewis Clark and Mary Margaret Rollins-Clark.At the time of his birth Francis had one brother Walter Virgil and three sisters Latillie Mildred ,Mary Ruth and Cordelia Mae.After his death in 1919,three more children were born to the family a sister Virginia Dean,and two brothers Carmen Edward and John Lewis.
It has been said that France died in 1919 after eating green apples.He was three years old.He was loved very much by his family.And is still missed to this day.

Stone has or had a lamb on the top.Francis is buried next to his grandmother Mary Elizabeth Baker-Clark whom died the same year Oct 3,1919.
