"Ann Coleman was born in Auglaize County, Ohio on July 14, 1839 and died at her home Sunday, November 21 , 1926 at the age of eighty seven years, four months and seven days.
When a small child she moved with her parents to Indiana. At the age of sixteen she came with her parents to Crawford County where she resided until the time of her death.
She was united in marriage to David McCullick in the year of 1860. He died during the Civil War. In 1866 she was united in marriage to Nathan K. Coleman who preceded her in death 48 years ago. To this union were born three children, Mrs. Mary Kelly, who preceded her in death, George Coleman, and Mrs. Rosa Taft.
She leaves to mourn her demise one son, George Coleman, and one daughter, Mrs. Rosa Taft, both of the town of Haney. She also leaves sixteen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren besides a host of other relatives and friends.
The deceased was a Christian, having joined the church many years ago. She was a friend to all who knew her and was ever ready to help those who needed help. "
