Beatrice "Bea" E. Mueller 95, Indianapolis, passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2004. Bea was born January 5, 1909 in Bartholomew County, Indiana, the daughter of Walter and Minnie Reeves Newbold. She married Carl (Ted) Mueller and he preceded her in death. She worked at Colonial Crest Nursing Home, retiring in 1979. She was a member of Arlington Heights Baptist Church. Survivors include a son, Charles Edward (Imogene) Cutshall, a daughter, Eileen (John) Battcher; two sisters, Leona Davis and Viola Nolen; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. On Saturday, May 15 in Fountain Square Mortuary. Friends of the family may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 14 in the mortuary. Entombment will be in Forest Lawn.

Marriage: 1st marriage: Raymond Cutshall who was the father to her children. He died when they were both young. She married Carl (Ted) Mueller and remained married to him until his death.

Profession: LPN - Clinical nursing in hospitals in her early career, Then worked as a private duty nurse in Bedford IN. After moving back to Indianapolis in the late nineteen sixties she worked at Colonial Crest Nursing Home in Indianapolis until she retired in 1979. She kept her nursing license up to date until the late 1990's.

Siblings include: Lawrence (Lefty) Newbold, Darrell (Dutch) Newbold, Leona (Nonie) Newbold Davids , Beatrice (Bea) Newbold Mueller , Faye J (Newbold) Battcher , Viola Nolan and George (Pete) Newbold
