BERTHA BURSELL DIES IN EUGENE; THIS MORNING
Mrs. Bertha Ann Bursell, 75, of 2157 Beall Lane, Medford, who died this morning in Eugene. Services will be held at the Perl funeral home Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Jean M. Shelley of the Church of Christ at Central Point officiating. Burial will be in the Central Point cemetery. Mrs. Bursell was born in Missouri on Feb. 26, 1883 and had been a resident of Southern Oregon for the past 60 years. She is the wife of former County commissioner Victor A. Bursell who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Bursell was a member of the Christian Church, O.E.S. of Central Point; and of the Central Point Grange and Royal Neighbors of America. She is survived by three sisters, Myrtle Gillespie, Eugene; Ruby Powell, Eugene; and Opal Beall, Roseburg; one brother, Roy E. Corum of Eugene; and many nieces and nephews.~~~~
