Laura and Harry James Fenner had twelve surviving children: Harry, Barbara, Irene, Lillian, Nancy, Raymond, Claire, Robert, Glen, Charlotte, Charles and Richard. They also had two children who died at birth: a girl who was buried on Jan 2, 1940 and a boy who was buried Dec 5, 1938.
Therese Fenner Boucher and Susan Fenner are two of her granddaughters. Things we remember: Grandma smiled with her eyes. She played the mandolin as a girl. Grandma liked to eat shaved ice, and she also liked to eat nuts. When she had no more teeth, she would put the nuts into a meat grinder so she could eat them.
