Eva M. Corriveau was born Sep 1882 in Providence, RI, the daughter of Edmond Corriveau and Eugenia Rousseau. Eva married George A. Martin (b. 1876, d. 1953) son of Joseph H. Martin, (1837-1884) & Hannah M. (1844-1910). George's father Joseph fought in the Civil War, Company D., 5th Regiment, Heavy Artillery, Rhode Island Volunteers.

George was a maintenance man at the Bradley Osgood Building on Grafton Street in Worcester. George and Eva lived in Spencer for 25 years. Their anniversary party was a big event that included a "mock wedding" and a large gathering of relatives from several towns. After George died, Eva lived in Worcester for seven years.

Eva and George are buried with her husband's parents and his brother Frank E. (1879-1893). George also had a sister by the name of Ida Sparrow who lived in Northborough at the time of his death on April 26, 1953. Their grave is at N 42 degrees 19.517' W 071 degrees 38.770' BEV 329 ft
