Mr. Derosier was a machinist at the Reed Rolled Thread Die Co. of Holden, and also a World War II veteran. Clarence was also a member of the Watta Quotoe Fox & Coon Club of Spencer. Nieces and nephews remember him entertaining them with a bow tie that had worms popping out of the sides.
Clarence died at his home in Spencer, leaving behind his wife, Flora H'Heureux Derosier; three daughters, Rita Narx, Virginia Juaire and Lorraine Doolittle; two sons' Clarence Jr. and Roland Derosier. He also left five sisters, Jeania Young, Lillian Howard, Eva Martin, Hattie Derosier and Eliza Balthazar, plus one brother, Ernest Derosier.
