IRA RALPH ALLARD
Services for Ira Ralph Allard, 70, who died Sunday in a Rapid City Hospital, are scheduled Wednesday 2 p.m. at Behrens Mortuary with Rev. R. M. Walker officiating.
Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery with Masonic graveside services.
Allard was born December 1, 1904 in Iowa. He moved with is parents to a homestead in Crookstone, Nebraska in 1905.
He married Jessie Ross in Rapid City in 1926. The couple farmed in Washabaugh County. Allard also taught school there. he moved to Rapid City in 1942, where he had been in the grocery and restaurant business since.
Allard was a member of Masonic Lodge 25 and the South Dakota Restaurant Association.
He was precede in death by a son.
Survivors include a son, Ross, Bowman, North Data; a daughter, Mrs. Sam (Judy) Kosko, Chamberlain; nine grandchildren and a great grandson; two sisters, Alice Ripoll, Monterey Park, California and Maude Herman, Brownville, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established.
