Mrs. Humphrey was a member of the First United Methodist Church, the American Legion Auxiliary to Post No. 286 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary to Post No. 7428, all of Hoisington. She remained very active and devoted to her church and the local Girl Scout Troop.
Survivors include a son, Robert L. Humphrey, of Redford, Mich.; a daughter, Rebecca Maier and husband Harlan of Hoisington; a stepson, Kenneth Humphrey and wife Janene, of Longview, Texas; a stepdaughter, Carol Clarke and husband Joe of Hoisington; two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, five stepgrandchildren, 12 stepgreat-grandchildren; and nine stepgreat-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, a sister and two grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. today at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home in Hoisington with the Rev. Ralph Jarboe officiating. Burial will be at the Hoisington Cemetery.
