Mrs. Eliza Atwell, one of the oldest residents of the city, died at the home of her daughter. Mrs. Harry R. Havens yesterday afternoon, aged 64 years. Mrs. Atwell came to this city when a young woman and being one of the oldest residents made a large circle of friends and acquaintances by whom she was held in the highest respect and esteem.
Six children survive her,. Detective George Atwell, Robert Atwell, Henry Atwell, James Walker, Mrs. E. Goff, and Mrs. Harry Havens.
The funeral will be held from her late home, 47 S. Fifth avenue, at two o'clock Saturday afternoon.
