Margaret Louise Hathaway, 78, of Las Cruces died Sunday, March 15, 2009. She was born Aug. 31, 1930 in Thornton, Arkansas to Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Jackson Simpson.
Margaret is survived by her three children Gus A.Trapani Jr. and wife Renee, Shari Cosentino and husband John all of Las Cruces and Ellen T. Paynter and husband Dean of Edmound, OK; grandchildren Scott A. Nelson, Heather Cosentino Chavez, Vanessa T. Santana, Brittany Trapani, Christopher and Nicholas Paynter and by five great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death was Gus A. Trapani Sr.
A visitation will be held from 9 to 11 AM on Thursday, March 19, 2009 at Getz Funeral Home. A graveside service to celebrate her life will follow at 11:30 AM at Masonic Cemetery.
