MRS. WILLIAM THEEL RITES HELD MONDAY
Funeral services for Mrs. William Theel, 82, were held Monday afternoon from the Zion Lutheran church at Louis Corners. Mrs. Theel died Friday, at the New Holstein home of her daughter, Mrs. Armie Voigt.
She was born Anna Voss in Schleswig in 1867 and was married to Mr. Theel in 1888. They located on a farm in Schleswig and in 1916 moved to Kiel.
Mr. Theel died in 1945 since which time Mrs. Theel resided at New Holstein. She was a member of the Zion church at Louis Corners and the Ladies Aid society of the congregation.
Survivors are two sons, John of Louis Corners and William of Wauwatosa; six daughters, Mrs. Armie Voigt of New Holstein, Mrs. H.W. LaButzke of Milwaukee, Mrs. H.L. Tolksdorf and Mrs. Ida Koepp of Grafton, Mrs. Walter Gruett of Thiensville and Mrs. Herman Bolle of Sheboygan; sister, Mrs. Minnie Meyer of Thorp, two brothers, Fred of Sheboygan, and Charles of Newton; 24 granchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
