Benjamin Weber Bair, 74, a farmer, died at 8:15 A.M. Monday, June 11, 1934, at his home on Valley Pike rt. 7. He had been in failing health for 3 years, but did not take to his bed until 3 weeks ago. He was born in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, May 7, 1860, the son of Daniel and Barbara Weber Bair. He was a member of the First Lutheran Church. Mr. Bair leaves his widow, Mrs. Cora Bair, and the following children; Mrs. Edna Ayres of this city, and Dr. Francis L Bair of Columbus; one grandchild; four sisters, Mrs. Anna Miller of Springfield, Elizabeth, Martha, and Mary Bair, and a brother Daniel, all of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. He had lived in Clark County for 33 years. Funeral service will be held at the residence at 2 P.M. Wednesday, with burial in Ferncliff Cemetery. The Rev. Dr. Clyde Xander, pastor of the First Lutheran Church will have charge of the funeral service.
