DUBLIN — Bobby Randal Bowman, age 51 of 7071 Cleburne Blvd., Dublin died peacefully at home Saturday morning March 19, 2005 at his home after battling a long illness. Born October 16, 1953 in Pearisburg, VA, he was the son of Dawn Vaughn Bowman & the late Rush Woodrow Bowman. One brother, Johnny Rush Bowman, also preceded him in death. He was survived by his wife, Doris Bowman of Dublin; mother, Dawn Vaughn Bowman; brother & family, Mark & Theresa Bowman, Jason Bowman of Radford, Misty Bowman Rich of California, and Melissa Bowman of Dublin; mother-in-law, Thelma Barnett of Pulaski; sisters-in-law, Bonnie Vaught of Pulaski, Betty McGuire of Christiansburg, Rose Tabor of Pulaski, and Virginia Sheppard of Dublin; and numerous nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with the Rev. Joseph Strazzirc officiating. Interment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday evening at the Bower Funeral Chapel, 1631 Bobwhite Blvd., Pulaski. Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski is handling the arrangements.
