Worked in a laundrymat in Eau Claire later. Married and divorced Paul A. Brown and died in Madison, Dane, WI after a 6 week stay in the University hospital on Oct 22, 1956 and was buried in Forest Hill, Eau Claire, WI.

Mrs. Hannah R. Brown, 63, Rt 4, Eau Claire, Town of Hallie, died Monday morning at University Hospital in Madison. Mrs. Brown had been a resident of Eau Claire for the past 25 years. She was a member of the Ladies of the Moose in Chippewa Falls. Survivors include a son, Archie Sloop, New York City and two sisters, Mrs. Alvira Alitz and Mrs. Katie Harley, both of Eau Claire. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at Hope Lutheran Church, the Rev. Clifford Ritland officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the Stokes and Son Funeral Home on Wednesday and Thursday.
