Died at home, 602 West 10th St., Vancouver, Clark County, Washington. Cause was heart failure following the flu. She was age 86 years, 1 month, 8 days. Born 7 December 1832. Attending physician was her daughter Dr. Mabel Bacon of Vancouver.
Interment: 19 January 1919
