Eulanda Ann Miller was born to Judson Howard Miller and Addie Mae Davis. Her mother went by train from Monahans Tx to Pecos to give delivery in the Hospital. She had one brother, Howard Felix, born Feb 19, 1914 who died, age 20, in a tragic automobile accident on Hwy 80 near Midland, TX.

Eulanda Miller grew up in Barstow, graduated from Pecos High School, attended Hardin Simmons College and El Paso Business School. She married George Leroy Milner, Winnsboro, Wood Co TX in 1932; he was a graduate of Texas A & M. They had four children: George Leroy Jr., Rose Marie, James Howard and Richard Kyle.

They owned the Home Furniture Store on Third Steet in Pecos and in Monahans in partnership with Dewitt Black.

Eulanda worked for Pecos Insurance Company in Pecos until 1972 at which time she retired. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church, Pecos.

Eulanda Ann Milner, age 89, died on January 2, 2000, in her home in Pecos, Reeves Co TX and is buried in Mt. Evergreen Cemetery, Pecos TX.
