Mrs. Beulah Dunn Bohannon, 89, wife of the late Jim Bohannon, died Friday, June 3 in the White County Hospital, following an extended illness.
Funeral Services were held on Monday, June 6, at 2:00 p.m. at the Bon Air Methodist Church, conducted by Buford Kelly. Burial was in the Eastland Cemetery, with Thurman Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Rebecca Groves of Sparta; Mrs. Beulah McMahan of Nashville; and Mrs. Nannie Cook of Sharps, Fla.; six sons, Lewis and William Bohannon of Sparta; Archie Bohannon of Pleasant Hill; George and James Bohannon of Crossville; Harry Bohannon of Titusville, Fla.; one brother, Jeff Dunn of Cleveland; four sisters, Mrs. Lillian Baird of Chattanooga; Mrs. Clara Gilliam and Mrs. Frances Wilson of Lake City; Mrs. Oscar Patrick of Petros; 31 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
