Dr. C.B. Nichols, of Auxvasse, pronounced death caused by Apoplexy. The informant was Mr. Lewis Byrd, son of the deceased, of Bachelor.
Mrs. Byrd was born March 18, 1882, in Callaway County, the daughter of Ransom and Julia (Jones) Dudley, both born in Callaway County. She was united in marriage to Peter Byrd and he preceded her in death November 2, 1937. She was a housewife.
Arrangements were under the care of C. Arnold of Mexico. Burial was in the Auxvasse Cemetery.
