Addie Butler, wife of David Butler, died at her home, New Baltimore, at midnight of Wednesday, aged 37 years 6 months and 10 days. Death was due to pulmonary tuberculosis. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Caleb Carbaugh, New Baltimore; her husband, six small children; a sister, Mrs. Levi Martin, New Baltimore, and two brothers, William and John Carbaugh, Shockeys station.
