Funeral services for Harvey E. Hall well be at 3 p.m. today at West Oak Chapel with Mr. Hoyt Warren officiating. Interment will follow at Oaknoll Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Hall, 77, of 4 Marigold Road, died Friday afternoon at his residence.
He was born June 12, 1918 in Floyd County, son of Dennis Franklin Hall and Abbie Davis Hall. He had spent his entire life in Rome. Prior to retirement in 1981, he was employed as a wire maker at General Electric Co. where he worked for 29 years. He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. He was a member of Oostanaula Lodge No. 113 F and AM, York Rite and Scottish Rite Bodies, Yaarab Temple and Rome Shrine Club. He was a Navy veteran and was a member of Shanklin-Attaway Post No. 5, American Legion in Rome.
Survivors include: His wife Martha Marnese Comer Hall, to whom he was married July 13, 1940; a son, Glover Hall, Rome; two brothers, Davis Hall and Sam Hall, both of Rome' four sisters, Viola LeCroy, Rome, Annette Millican, Summerville, Margaret Walters, Powder Springs, and Louise Trapp, LaFayette; two grandchildren.
