Mrs. Mary "Net" Jeanette Millican, age 91, of Summerville, passed away Saturday at her residence.

Mrs. Millican was born May 21, 1910, the daughter of the late Franklin Dennis and Abby Davis Hall. She was a homemaker, a member of the Menlo Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Monty James Millican and a son Henry Eugene Millican.

Survivors include two daughters, Allene Cochran, Summerville, Bonnie Hall, Menlo, Ga; brother Sam Hall, Rome; sisters Viola LeCroy, Rome, Louise Trapp, LaFayette, Margaret Walters, Hiram, GA; grandchildren Anita Hall Willingham, Lynn Hall, Sam Hall and Jimmy Cochran, 10 great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. today from the Alpine community Church with the Rev. Tommy Pledger and Rev Joel Smith and the Rev. Billy Dempsey officiating with interment in the Alpine Cemetery.

Active pallbearers are Lynn Hall, Sam Hall, Jimmy Cochran, Taft Cochran, Casey Hall, Joseph Culbert, Corey Reed, Shawn Hall, Steven Womak.

Honorary pallbearers are members of the Alpine Community Church.

Mrs. Millican will lie in state at the church today from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m.

Mason Funeral Home of Summerville is in charge of the funeral arrangements for Mrs. Mary "Net" Jeanette Millican.
