KOKOMO - Walter R. Johns,
59, died in his home here
Monday after a illness of five
months.
Born at Middlefork, he was
employed by the Continental
Stell Co. here for 37 years and
was married to Helen Elizabeth
Kingston in 1922. He was a
member of Beamer Methodist
Church here for 43 years.
Surviving with the widow are
two sons, Raymond F. and
Walter F. of Kokomo; two
daughtres, Mrs. Robert Crockett
of Kokomo and Mrs. Jene
Maddox of El Sobrante, Calif.;
four sisters, Mrs. Lilly Chittick
of Frankfort, Mrs. Maude Powell,
Mrs. Chauncey Amos and Mrs.
Everett Maddox of Kokomo, and
a brother, Dan of Burlington.
