Jessie William Bohannon, age 93, of Marshall passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at Highland Court Nursing and Rehab Center.

He was born July 31, 1916 to Jim and Cleo Patra (Horton) Bohannon in Marshall, Arkansas.

He loved his family, hunting, fishing and farming.

He is preceded in death by his wife: Pauline, parents: Jim and Cleo Patra Bohannon, brothers: John, Harvey, Alva, Bill, J.C. and G.H., and sister: Florene Cotton.

He is survived by three sons: Danny and wife Patti Bohannon of Marshall, Arkansas, James Bohannon of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Paul and wife Kathy Bohannon of Kansas City, Missouri, one daughter: Iva and husband Jerry Mock of Kansas City, Missouri, one brother: Boyce and wife Jackie Bohannon of Marshall, Arkansas, two sisters: Betty Brown of Marshall, Arkansas and Dovie Holsted of Marshall, Arkansas, thirteen grandchildren, and twenty-two great-grand-children.

Pallbearers will be his grandchildren.

Burial was in the Bear Creek Cemetery.
