James Cecil Bohannon, 63, of Dayton, Nevada, died July 31 at his home.

He was born September 20, 1930 at Bear Creek, youngest son of Jim and Patra Bohannon. He was retired from Foothill Pres-Cost Co., a backhoe service he and his wife had operated for 16 years in Auburn, California.

Survivors include his wife, Louise of the home; two daughters, Sandra Buckingham of Auburn, California and Sue Bohannon of Dayton, Nevada, and David Bohannon of Dayton, Nevada; three sisters, Dovie Halsted, Florence Cotton, and Betty Ward, all of Marshall; six brothers, John of Apache Junction, Arizona; Harvey of Springdale; Billie of Forest Hill, California; Boyce, Jess, and Alva, all of Marshall.

Graveside memorials services were Friday, August 5 at Dayton Cemetery with Pastor Jerry Peterson officiating.

Burial services were handled by Fitz Henry's Funeral Home and Crematory.
