Harvey Jaschob, 63, of 218 Fremont St. Kiel, died unexpectedly at his home Monday afternoon, the victim of an apparent heart attack.
He was born Jan. 31, 1906, in Kiel, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Carl Jaschob. He attended Kiel elementary and high schools.
Mr. Jaschob was employed at the A. A. Laun Furniture Co., retiring early in 1968.
He was a veteran of World War II. He was a member of St. Peter's UCC. Kiel, the church Brotherhood, a former consistory member, the church dartball team and a member of the American Legion post at Kiel.
He was not married.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Frederick Broecker, of Kiel and five brothers, Hubert, Calvin, Clarence and Carl of Kiel and Harold of New Holstein.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the St. Peter's Church with the Rev. John F. Baumann, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Kiel Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel, until 11 a.m. Wednesday and then at the church. - 1969
