Funeral services for Cero Smith of Kanab, formerly of Myton, who is a nephew of Mrs. R. C. Walker, were held in the Myton ward chapel Sunday afternoon, September 5th. Speakers were Harold Eldredge and Willard Day and musical numbers were furnished by Mrs. Lynn Stone and Mrs. James Dalgleish.
Cero Smith was killed in an autmobile accident on September 2, which occurred at Glendale, Utah. He was born March 23, 1919 in Myton, (death certificate and cemetery marker show date of birth as Feb. 22, 1919), and interment took place in the Myton Cemetery.
