Louisa (Hale) Scott was the daughter of Harry and Phebe (Adams) Hale. She was the wife of Rev. Elihu Scott. They were married Chelsea, Vermont June 1830. Rev. Scott was a minister in the New England Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church. He died September 24, 1888.
