Lonnie Needham, Sr., age 66, died Monday, September 25, 1995 in Wellington.

Mr. Needham was born December 20, 1928 near the Lillie Community of Collingsworth County to Walter and Addie Clifton Needham. He attended school at Lillie and Quail. He married Norma Anglin January 10, 1947 in Wellington. He had served on the Quail School Board for several years and was a member and deacon of the Quail Baptist Church. He was a farmer.

Survivors include his wife, Norma of Quail; five sons, Tommy Needham of Amarillo; Richard Needham of Cordell, OK; Lonnie Needham, Jr., Johnny Needham and Ricky Needham, all of Wellington; his mother, Addie Needham of Wellington; one brother, Audrey Needham of Amarillo; a sister, Hazel Ray of Paradise, CA; 19 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Russell Kennedy and by a brother, Dayle Needham.
