A retired conductor for the Illinois Central Railroad, Frank L. Habich, 1833 Douglass Boulevard, died yesterday at St. Joseph Infirmary. The body will be at the home after 10 a.m. tomorrow. Funeral: 9 a.m. Monday, St. James Church; burial, Calvary Cemetery.
