RALPH CARL MATZNICK

Ralph C. Matznick, 74, of 10815 Steinthal Rd., Kiel, died unexpectedly Thursday morning, May 6, at his home.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel. The Rev. Joe Anderson will officiate and burial will be in Ucker Road Cemetery, Town of Schleswig.

Mr. Matznick was born Oct. 7, 1907, in the Town of Schleswig, son of the late Gustav and Hulda Voigt Matznick. He attended district school in the Town of
Schleswig. He married Eldora Schnell, Dec. 28, 1927, in the Town of Schleswig.
The couple operated a farm in the Town of Schleswig until their retirement in 1969. Mrs. Matznick preceded him in death in 1970. For many years, Mr. Matznick was sexton of Ucker Road Cemetery.

Survivors include four sons, Ronald of Rockville, Wilfard and Marlin of Marytown, and Allen of the Town of Schleswig; two daughters, Mrs. Arnold (Alice) Kabat of
rural Manitowoc, and Mrs. Herbert (Carol) Messman of rural Two Rivers; a sister, Mrs. Alverta Christel of Manitowoc; 19 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two infant sons.

Friends may call at Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel, from 4 o'clock to 9 o'clock this Friday evening and Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of services.
