Mrs. Otto Rabe
Mrs. Otto Rabe, 52, passed away at her farm home in the town of Schleswig at 2 a.m. Thursday, after an illness of three months' duration.
Mrs. Rabe, nee Emma Lawrence was born July 29, 1884 in the town of Schleswig, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Warren Lawrence.
She was united in marriage to Mr. Rabe on May 29, 1900. For twelve years they lived on a farm on the Ucker road in the town of Eaton, and from here they moved to a farm in the town of Schleswig, where they have resided since.
Following are the survivors: her husband; a daughter Elaine, at home; six sons, Harvey of Charlestown, Ervin of Eaton, Ray (married), at home, and Walter, Truman and Clarence in Schleswig; two sisters, Mrs. John Mattes of Collins, and Mrs. Herman Voelker of Kiel. Two children preceded her in death.
Mrs. Rabe was a member of the Eaton Ladies' Aid Society.
