Larry owned G&G Security Systems in Portland for over 30 years. He was a graduate of the University of Alabama and was in the Air Force. He was an avid golfer. He donated his body to biogift.
He was survived by his wife, Gay Hendrix; daughter, Gayla Hendrix Hilton and her husband Steve Hilton; son, Mark Andrew Hendrix and his wife Jan Webb Hendrix of Dallas, Texas; grandchildren, Haley Ann, Jason Andrew and Blair Kathleen Hendrix; 2 sisters, Faye Hendrix Terry of Decatur, Alabama and Sue Hendrix Carullo of Merritt Island, Florida.
