Year of birth of 1763 is an estimate. Married first--14 June 1784 Gershom Rogers. They had one child, Sybel Rogers. Abigail married second May 28,1789, Abner Cranston (Cranson) of Ashfield. Abigail was the daughter of John and Mary (?) King. She may have had a sister Susanah King who married a Standish boy from Ashfield, Mass.

May 7, 1808, Abner Cranston & wife, Abigail of Ashfield, for $250, sell to Daniel Williams, of same, all their rights in the estate of Gershom Rogers, late of same, for maintaining Sibbel, daughter of said Rogers and now the wife of Eliphalet Stowell, of same, etc; he signs, she marks; ack, same day and recd, 9 May 1808; wit: Ephraim Williams and David Shelbourn. John King, the father of Abigail King was the son of John King and Mary Stowell. Mary Stowell was the daughter of David Stowell and Mary Steadman. David Stowell (08 Apr 1660 - 09 Sep 1724) was the brother of Samuel Stowell (18 May 1655-21 Sep 1695). Samuel and David were the sons of Samuel Stowell and Mary Farrow.
Sybil Rogers and Eliphalet Phineas Stowell were 3rd cousins once removed.
