Alice D'Assigne Hall, wife of Charles C. Rossire, and daughter of the late Abraham Oakey Hall, NYC Mayor and Katharine Louisa (Barnes) Hall.

She was a regent of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Keskeskick Chapter; she was decended from Thomas Barnes, Revolutionary War soldier. Survived by husband and three children.
